According to the haitian Constitution and the Human Rights Organization, the people of Haiti elect their president through election.

The voice of the haitian people is heard and counted in the election and the haitian people vote to nominate their president during the election.

Nobody is above the law. Now, more than ever the rule of law is in effect in Haiti.
