With respect to Vicini Family Is Abusing Haitians To Death In DR, Duvalier and his five super ministers named Chanoine, Achilles, Merceron, Roger Lafontant and Emmanuel D. Clersaint sold those Haitian slaves to Dominican Republic in 1976. Duvalier wanted to be slave owners like the former mulattoes and he made a huge fortune on them. We need to liberate those slaves and get them back in Haiti so they could grow sugar cane for Haiti in order to be well remunerated.
Under Duvalier's braceros program, those poor peasants were kidnapped and sold to Dominican slave owners.
That is why we should not return any of the Duvalier in power in Haiti.
Shame and shame on them!
