Highlighting Michel Martelly Thugs Are Violating Vienna Convention On Road Traffic, I remember that under Francois Duvalier, Ti kabish, the brother of Elois Maitre almost killed me on Grand Rue or Boulevard Jean Jacques Dessaline because I stopped his car while I was directing the traffic as a boy scout.

He get off his car, walked toward me with his gun drawn and asked me "Do you know who I am;" then he said I am Ti Kabish and walked away.
The Boy Scouts were helping the Haitian police and le corp des pompiers in Port-au-Prince.

My parent reported the incident to Captain Theodore who was in charge of the service of circulation but we never find out if Ti Kabish was reprimanded.
