It is very busy and land may be more expensive in Central Haiti.

You have to go to the Nord Ouest, the Grande Anse. There is more water for land irrigation in the Grande Anse and Latortue where land may be more affordable in these regions.

A good plantation needs irrigation for crops to grow faster.

They do not have an agency yet to find land owners, they have to work on it. You have to send people out to help you find land owners who want to sell their land. They will have a listing when they find more demand for land sales.

No there is no grants for that project. You have to find somebody in Haiti who can help you find land in the countryside of Haiti to buy land for more »
