They systematically try to undermined any attempt to build a strong and democratic State which would serve Haitian People's interests instead of their own interests.
They scorn Haiti and Haitians by using superstitions and false religious believes to frightened and controled them.
Two weapons may harm them. Education of People and Elections of democratic governments.
