Construit par le MPCE, cet établissement scolaire est considéré comme l'une des écoles modernes réalisées par l'Administration Martelly/Lamothe dans le cadre de la restructuration du système éducatif haïtien.

Cet édifice scolaire comprend 15 salles de classe de 50m2 chacune, une bibliothèque de 93.60 m2, une salle informatique, un laboratoire de deux (2) salles, un bloc administratif, un bloc sanitaire, une scène en plein air et un terrain de jeu.

Il importe de mentionner que ce bâtiment scolaire est également en mesure de servir d'abri provisoire en cas de catastrophes naturelles.

On a beautiful day in Les Cayes, Haiti, First Lady Sophia Martelly graced the inauguration ceremony of the newly completed OFATMA Hospital.

The event was marked by a sense of hope and progress, as the state-of-the-art hospital promises to bring much-needed healthcare services to the community.

First Lady Martelly delivered a powerful speech highlighting the importance of accessible healthcare for all Haitians and the positive impact the new hospital will have on the region.

On Tuesday, June 10th 2014, President Michel Martelly and the first Lady officially opened the OFATMA Hospital in Les Cayes initiated by his predecessor, former President René Préval.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by government officials, healthcare professionals, community members, and dignitaries, all coming together to celebrate this significant milestone.
