As an example of change, please make certain that no one person that had a post of responsibility in the government of Preval leaves the country without firt being investagated for embezzlement, fraudes, and crime of high treason against the people of Haiti.

They should be investigated by independent body of investigation to locate the wealth and funds redirected to personal and individual matters.Please, please.

Afterwards, you can begin with totally reshuffling public administration before getting to the parliament members issued from fraudulent elections usurpating the voters' confidence into the State.

Restore the authority of the State by having new Chief and new higher command in the head of the Police National.

The people under the tents can be then confident that a new 'Systeme de Logement Public' is underway and they can wait just a little bit.
