reform of the criminal justice system in Haiti

My name us Luc Edouard Siclait, I am a recent graduate with a BS and AS degree in criminal justice, as well as a former NYPD aux/Police supervisor, at the present time I work with cobb county sheriff Office as fugitive recovery Agent.

I would like to play my part as an Haitian American to help reform the criminal Justice System in Haiti, my experience in crime scene investigation, the courts, interview and interrogation, knowledge in homeland security, vulnerability in transportation protecting are ports, I believe I can play a big roll helping the country that I love HAITI.

I would like to help to train and teach different logistics and introduce new ideologies in access control to the criminal justice system in Haiti
