The Office of President Michel Martelly,

Greetings!

On Friday, January 21, 2010 the document entitled "A Means to Provide a Continual Source of Drinkable Water to the Republic of Haiti" was submitted to the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission (IHRC) for consideration.

The purpose of this document is to describe a system that will provide a continual (24/7) source of drinkable water to the population of the Republic of Haiti by region, and thereby help prevent the deaths and sicknesses caused by waterborne diseases, of interest Cholera, which has been on the rise following the 2010 Haiti earthquake.

The system mentioned within the document is resistant to earthquakes, tropical storms and tsunami run-ups for the region of Haiti.

It is hoped that this document will be of great interest to the government of the Republic of Haiti, which has observed a cholera outbreak; this disease has killed over 3,790 persons and has hospitalized over 103,530 persons as of January 9, 2011.

Is there a desire by the Office of the President to receive this document?

If so, please have your representative respond to this invitation.
