Mr President, to do a real change in Haiti less than three months to make people believe in your change.

You must ask all the institutions to have a speaker and give a press conference twice a month to let the public knows about their activities.

Especially the (ONG/NGO) People must inform of hiring in the public sector and the private sector that positions must be posted.

50% by competitions and 50% by recommendation, moreover; the minister of labor gives a report once a month.

By the time people can see the progress of your government.
