Knowing the deep seeded "Anti-Haiti" sentiment in the hearts of these evil people in the parliament, Martelly need not to cater to them because they will never budge an inche.
We are not talking about people who are patriots here with love for their country, every single one of these people do not want Haiti to move one inche toward progrees.
And therefore, there is one of the two(2) things Martelly can/should, and must do 1) is to ban/disband/dismantle/get rid of the parliament as we know it, or 2) is to confiscate/annul/revoke/seize/or suspend all their passports and travel privileges of every single one of them until he (Martelly) gets exactly what he wants from them.
This is part of the "Extreme situations call for extreme measures" theory.
One has to be creative in order to deal with these bastards, who are in the Haitian government.
