How to Get a Post/Job in the Martelly's Government?

Since the beginning of time, the Haitian Government has always been a "mom's and pop's, and elite/bourgeois" run company.

Meaning, there is no place for an unknown (a no body), poor person regardless of the education level, skills, and experience.

Well, here I am looking for a post/job with this government.

I am a natif natal Haitian born, college educated, with ample of experience and skills willing to serve my country and my people.

Does anyone know where to go, and how to apply for a position with the Martelly's government?

Oh, I almost forgot! does that mean I have to talk with somebody close to Martelly and have to pay that person who may be able to get me the job?

Itsn't that how it works in Haiti?

Well, just so you all know, I don't have any money right now.

Get me the job and will pay you later once I get my first pay check.

Well, I am being serious about working for Martelly in some capacity.
