If the text below is true then Martelly's regime is a threat for democracy, freedom of speech, freedom of the press.

In recent history only the Duvalier regime was able to suppress the media in haiti, manhandled and executed the Haitian journalists and deported foreign journalists including the Miami Herald staff.

Those that were caught listening to radio Havana Cuba, Vonvon from Madison Ave, N.Y. or emission Dorcilien from radio paix et progress from Moscow, Russia were jailed or executed [circa 1961--1986].

Preval and Aristide did not have such restriction and oppression.

Martelly the tyrant and his masters must go. The sooner is the better.
