Dear President Martelly,
Please make sure that dule citysenships become a reality ASAP and make a plea to all Haitian professionels who are leaving abroad to come to practice and or to invest in the country, you have to establish a mean which will allow to check their crudentials.

Of course, for them to aggree to this, it is without a doubt that absolute security will have to reigh in the country.

If this happens, then contry will flerishin in blink of an eye.
