10 Governors for Haiti

Haiti has 10 departments and Haiti needs 10 Governors 1 governor for each department.

It would not have been a crisis if there were a governor in each department when Conille resigns.

Each governor would control their department.

There would be less worries.

Sometimes, the President needs to travel other countries for summit and treaties or for other resons.

Those governors would bring more securities in Haiti.

The President has to visit all the departments during the year. It would be a great change for Haiti, if Haiti had a governor for each department.
