The Haitian Diaspora would be better off devising its own plan to lift Haiti up. In reality, the Haitian Diaspora ought to adopt a policy of outsiders regarding Haiti's electoral politics.

After beloved Haiti undergoes a radical political restructuring change - aka revolution - then maybe the Diaspora could get involved directly.
