invited open discussion with large industries and corporations to invest every where in Haiti, housing for low income, food stamp program for those who needed, reopen those school who became a market like school of Venezuela, Republic Argentine all public school I should say use to be, forbidde market every in the capital and the province capital.

Mr President these are message to you. God will be you on your of presidency, may the blood of the good the Lord pour on you all the days of life and protect you. Mr President don't forget to pray at all time.
