Jean-Pierre, politics is not an easy task as many may have thought it. Outside of the political field, you and I can blame many, but being inside the inner circle of those politicans one can learn many different things that no one could have ever imagined.

Listen, when the international community was listening to Martelly's speech they felt a little bit embarrassed by him not acknowledging any efforts of the exiting president in the name of Preval.

It was an insult to Preval.

He said that Preval had marked a new page of the Haitian history, but he could have expanded more in highlighting at least the last efforts of the exiting president, Jean just to give credits to him in order to find some balance.

Obama did it during during his inaugural speech with the last exiting President Georges W. Bush. He had thanked Bush for preparing his ascendency in the white house.

He highlighted the strengths of Bush during the 9/11 events just to credit him while entering his office.

We need to do that too in Haiti.

After the dance, it will be his responsibilities to carry out the drums on behalf of all and he will learn true politics about him and the presidential task force.

For instance, you and I can condemn any presidents because we are not in power, but ask Preval or Bush to criticize these two current presidents whom are Martelly and Obama, they will pause before they formulate their arguments.

Preval was a puppet as many of us know it and let's hope that Martelly will not be another puppet on behalf of the Haitian elites and the international community as well. To conclude with you Jean, Martelly had made a vibrant populist speech like Aristide had done it during his first inaugural speech with the transmission of power from Mrs. Ertha Pascal Trouillot.

His speech lacks of protocol because he was addressing to a large audience like the international community and the Haitian people.

Protocol is very important when addressing such a large audience.

I don't blame him but I blame his political team for not preparing him in terms of protocol, diplomacy and acknowledgement of credit for past Haitian accomplishments.

Right now, I want now Martelly to step back and put aside his populism to manage Haiti as a true effective Haitian president.

I hope that you will agree with me on this part. Jean, anger and hatred will not solve Haiti's problems and that is why I believe that he could have given some credits to Preval.

I don't hate presidents myself even though I harshly criticized them, but knowing how politics play a great role in shaping the lives of many political leaders, I am a little bit cautious in formulating my criticism against any past and current president.

May the Almighty One bless you!
