I want you to reduce corruption in Haiti that had been ruined this country over decades.

If you need to get more moneys in the government treasure to develop this country, you need to reinforce the system payment in Haiti by prohibited cash transaction in all government institutions.

I suggest you to ask all Haitians in general to follow this payment transaction by using check or money order on behalf of Haitian government for their fees to avoid cash flowed in this institutions.

For example, I paid $ 23,000 cash for my car on custom in St-Marc, I always wonder how money that the government Haitian had been received from my $ 23,000. That's where to start with this innovation of taxes.
