Mr. Daquoi, I agree with you that security is extremely important for Haiti, but there is an even greater danger to the well being of all Haitians; that is the sanitary situation--particularly in the rural areas.

If this situation continues, most Haitians, including those who live in the rich moutain areas, will develop irreparable lung or skin issues.

Cleaning up the country would also boost moral, but that is not the point.
