suggestion for the old Petion-ville cemetary plot

I have a suggestion about the old Petion-Ville cemetary plot. It would be best for the Petion-Ville community to make a "green park", like they say in French "un poumon vert",instead of a "gare routiere".

Having a park there would change the aspect of the entrance of the city. Yes, it is possible...with tall fences.

The Mayor's idea is relevant, but it will worsen the aspect of that area.
