In Coming Cargo

Mr. President how do you plan on fixing the Coruption that exist in order to retrieve cargo that have arrived in Haiti and cannot be retrieved due to the exorbitant money that have to be paid. especially equipments that can be used to rebuilt the country?

And that includes money that Carity groups have to pay as well & when do you plan on fixing the ports?
