hello mr president-

is possible to tax everyone coming thru the airport say $20 person to building to construct hydro electrical power in our country.

for example let-en in thoumazou is a very big lake and it is not being use for anything.

i think its possible to a hydro electric power plant there.the rest of running of the running water could be use for agriculture reasons or filtrate for drinking water.

with electricity there will more security in the country, people can refrigerate food so it can last longer.

entrepreneurs like myself will start businesses and create work. children can read at night; use the internet speak to the families on Skype or internet-most of there families dont have green card to go to Haiti to visit there love ones. the second thing i wanted to speak about is building roads and bridges.

building roads will open the country to her people and tourist.

transportation will bring the country together- for example if a farmer have produce in the mountains will transportation that farmer will get that produce to the market before it gets ruin. we can do like Jamaica we can have a foreign country build the roads for us and they put tolls through out the nine departments to collect the money for building us the roads, maybe we can do that for 30 years so that country can benefit from their investment.

after that 30 years the Haitian Government can assume control of the tolls and still collect money for maintenance.

i figure by that time the Haitian people would be knowledgeable to do up keeps on the roads and hydro dams. thank you for taking your to read this. we all believe and trust in you- bring dignity and self respect back to your people...
