A Message For President Michel Martelly

Dear President Martelly, the Haitian community living in Tucson Arizona, congratulates you as the new President of Haiti.

I am a very proud Haitian today.

You showed the world we are not just some poor nation in the western hemisphere.

We have a strong history and we need to live up to the standards that Jean Jacque Dessalines Toussaint L'ouverture and President Estime did for this wonderful country of ours. There is much work to be done. The CHESS game starts now. We in the community are praying for your success.

The road is tough, they will try to destroy you and your government, but god will prevail.

For this is our time to lift up the people of our great nation again.
