Finally There is a Prime Minister in Haiti, Then What Now?

The Haitian Senate has finally ratified Guary Conille as Prime Minister of Haiti.

It's a great miracle that Haiti actually has a Prime Minister, and my question is, is it going to take another 5 months to form a complete total functioning government?

I hope this government would move away from having one cabinet member to occupy 2 or 3 posts simultaneously as it's been the tradition in Haiti.
