Martelly go to Cuba today 15 Nov 11 at 12:00 P.M. Preval will be in charge

Martelly will be leaving to Cuba today November 15th, 2011 at 12:00 noon for two consecutive days.
Rumors have it that Martelly went to Preval's home begging him to hold his seat for him at the National Palace.

He even brought Preval to the National Palace against his will and removed Preval's shoes.

The questions are: Why Martelly is so scare?

Does he has some premonitions or saw ♦♦Mane Thecel Phares written?♦♦♦♦
So be aware that Preval is in charge for the time being.
