Wacko-sparrow Michel Martelly delayed a presidential decree that was expected to reestablish the Haitian military.
During his bold face saving manouever, the pseudologue insisted Friday that the decision to delay a presidential decree reestablishing the disbanded Haitian military was not a rejection of the idea.
He said the commission, after consulting with various sectors of Haitian society, will have 40 days to report back on the new Haitian military
He could have done much better by not giving a speech. From now on he will be on the quit side. The world know by now that he will not get the money to have the military. more »
