How to restore Security in Haiti

Mr. Martelly, I would like to see you start getting very tough on Crimes in Haiti.

Remember, as when we were growing up, we did not have the kind of violence that I see taken place in Haiti.

We have to restore Security back in the Homeland.

I have been living outside for too long and I want to return home. What ever it takes, even if we need to amend the Constitution so we have ; "Death Penalty".

We have to resolve this problem of "Kidnapping" We can't have a developed Haiti without Security.
