license issues need to solved

well, my name is henry, i am a 31 years old female of course, i am living in the us, i letf haiti when i was 18, i used to work at the jail house in jacksonville fl, as a medical assistant then i change to law enforcement, i graduated from itt-tech with associate degree in criminal jistice, and now i am taking my bachelor in project management in the same school.

the reason i am saying all that it's because iknow, iam coming back to serve my country one day, but my mean issues is the license topics, i don't know how many haitians are in haiti now, but i know there are more than let say 10 millions of us and there have only one license office why is that, i cannot even comprehende the cituation, my solution to this matter is to place 5 to 8 office liccense to each city, i would thing that is one of the way to create jobs, and bring more money into the country, and while you are thinking about that, don't forget courtesy because the last time i want to haiti in a buisiness trip, the immigration agent were so made, they acting like we are the reason they still in haiti.
