qitus renewal and fast tracking relief containers

Dear President Martelly,

I am very glad to email you. I am from the United States.

I am a Christian and am one of the responsible members of O.E.C.B (a registered NGO in Haiti for over the last 30 years.

We operate 2 orphanages here in the Port au Prince area and provide food for approximately 100 other orphanages that have little support other than us. We also provide food to many people who come to our gates weekly.

What I am asking of you is that for organizations like ours who have shown to be faithful for years be given a fast track for getting containers of goods out of the customs so they can be distributed to those in need. Also the important paper called the Qitus.

Currently it needs renewal every three months.

Could this be changed to renewal yearly instead?

It is alot of time, effort, bureacracy and expense that really seems unnecessary.

Again we are not here for business.

We are here to do what we can to alleviate suffering amongst the people of Haiti in Jesus' name. If you could look into this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
