Necessary Changes should be:

Be strong, so you can make the Boys in the Parliament understand that the Presidents of haiti have always be Strong & Poweful.

Have the People of the Country tell them that you are the only one who has a little bit of love for them, because none other than you has done so much in so little time. No matter what, reintegrate the FADH. I never know of a sovereign Nation without an Army. The Constitution of Haiti has never been one because it has never been respected by anyone.

Now, we should introduce a new one. Not the one that no Haitian inside or outside the country knows anything about it. All Haitian must have a say into introducing a new constition.

It should not be just a few little people in the chambers to make decisions or better yet introducing sch an important Document: THE CONSTITUTION OF HAITI.

No, that should be allowed to happen.

Haiti has always been a proud Nation.OUTTHERE, there are some very capable Haitians.

We must start looking for them and introduce them into the Affairs of the Country.
