Your Excellency, I am thrilled to know about all the improvements you are bringing in the life of my Haitian Patriots.

I left the country over 30 years ago after serving 2 years at the ONU/Haitian cartographic project following 2 years as Inspector of Public Works.

I am excited to know the amelioration of lives you are undertaking for the people.

I did traveled all the geographic departments and pleased to know that you are bringing welfare and hope to the remote areas of the country.
