Almost every years accidents happened on Morne Tapion killing many people transporting merchandise to the population of Port au Prince.
This route needs a railroad for the merchants to transport their merchandise or a motorboat.
The population of Port au Prince depends on the merchants to feed them. The roads are perilous and the vehicles with mechanic problems are carrying too many people causing accidents almost every year.
