New Haitian consular Officer to Jamaica.

His Excellency,
Mr.Michel Martelly,
President Of Haiti.

Dear President,

Kindly be aware that your Government has designated a new Consular Officer to Jamaica in order to serve both Haitians and Jamaicans.

However, we, the Haitian population in Jamaica CANNOT renew our passport and conduct other businesses at this time with the Haitian government because the Consular Officer and his office is NOWHERE to be found.

With all due respects Mr. President, We, the Haitian community in Jamaica would be most grateful if we could know about his NAME and his office address.
