Fellow, why are you so brusque?

Ceremony Bois Caiman was all talk (really was rather good planning ) and that is how real fundamental changes begin in a nation.

You would believe things are already moving in Haiti if you accept internationally sponsored elections, the illegitimacy of Haiti's electoral process, a nation monopolized and run by the presidency instead of a real balance of power between all the branches, and so on and so forth.

I believe that the current executive (president and his team) will probably improve somewhat on the delivery of public services to the average Haitian but no more that president Salomon did try or even Jean-Paul Magloire.

Things will be moving in Haiti when there are state generals that lead to a revolutionary and an endogenous constitution in which the power of the presidency is greatly reduced and the parliament becomes really progressive.

Things will be moving in Haiti when the president has no influence on election matters in Haiti, when the parliament takes control of the nation's budget, and when parliament established totally autonomous CEP and many other public agencies.

I am not sure who you calll the right people but I can assure most of them do have any legetimate and delegated power from the Haitian people either here in the Diaspora or at home.
Go luck to you.
Welcome to the new vision and the revolution
