Haiti Corruption 101

Last diagnosis put haitian corruption as "chronic." It is really shameful for the entire nation and its people.

But I am still convinced there hope that this cancerous disease can be treated providing there is a strong leadership.

To attact corruption and solve it, the governement must first understand the "Cause and Effect" theory, which is the reality of the Haitian life.

It's time for me to leave the office.
