A Message For President Michel Martelly

Dear President Martelly,

Congratulations excellence, there is hope for Haiti again.

Permit me monsieur le President to introduce myself, my name is Louis-Philippe Romane i left Haiti in 1971 and did study in USA. I am an engineer in technology (Information System, Project Planning and Development.

I will be very interested to be back in Haiti and find my place among the Haitian people.

I have plans to provide Haiti with electricity (small Hydro power plant all over Haiti), Safe drinking water, pre fabrication of houses and the most important to have a vision how to implement all phases of Haiti rebuilding process.

I will be at your disposition if the need arises.

I have a lot of ideas that will help with the development of Haiti.
