Why Duvalier is a free man?

Lets start by saying that Martelly is doing a decent job under the US/UN occupation.

He talked about bringing the children of Haiti together, talked to both, Aristide, the voice of the poor and Duvalier, a brutal dictator and the son of a heartless dictator.

Jean-Claude was old enough to understand wrong from right, he created his own death squad calling LEOPARD, instead having his father macoute to kill, beat & rape our Haitian brothers and sisters.

He should have been in jail the first day that he sat his feet in Haiti, it's ironic that they want to lock up Mr Aristide and Duvalier is having the time of his life
