Haiti needs a military

Dear President Martelly, You are correct a military is needed.

As a pilot for the old Air Haiti back in early 1980s Haiti had a military and air force and we see today without one Haiti is in state of anarchy! A military is needed because of the abuse of Haitians in Dominican Republic and as I tried to say back before the recent elections the best option and policy for restoring Haiti is to adpot the old "manifest destiny" policy of the U.S. (that policy said it was "manifest destiny" that U.S. would extend from coast to coast) so it is also "manifest destiny" that the entire Island belongs to Haiti.

For this a military is needed and I have offered to assist in this area by forming with the governments help a military school which students would be at disposal to the government in emergency.
