Dear Mr President
As you know the haitian economy base on support of Diaspora overseas, but for every dollar send to Haiti it has been intercepted by some people that money return back to overseas bank.Here is a proposal I have and I hope your admistration put it on consiration.

If you look in the street the bank of Haiti is in the street almost everybody is changing largent not for them, for some people who wants to dryclean Haiti so the money sent by Diapora never stay in Haiti like you say there are a lot of money went to Haiti and those UN, Minista ect who spent in Haiti where those money went?

The Goverment of Salvador has the Problem teh solve by replacing their currency to US currency after that they have no problem the small merchant has a chance to have dollar for there goods
The haitian dollar should be change to the US dollar that way the people with interest will not have a need to hide the dollar so the Country can progress
I know most of them will say We brought Mercherdise in gourdes we can not do it.Let tell you Mr Preisident they need to start making Sacrife for their Country for more than 100 years those People has been drying the Country
