Comptroller General in all admistrative places

Eustaches Cella - May 17 2011, 8:14 AM

Good morning Mr President.

As a concern Haitian, I feel that will very significant with the available technologies that we have inspectors and comptrollers that will run report on a daily basis of all governmental transaction that took place throughout the day, and this report can be done electronically and reached the proper person that is managing current Haiti's governmental affairs.

On the other hand. Iam aware that you've put a lot of emphasis on decentralization, however there are a lot of local officials that don't know their responsibilities toward the voters.

Instead of working on half of the citizens, they spend their time playing politics.

I would appreciate if you can put in place certain seminars to educate them about their role and responsibilties.

I would advise to court the private sector in investing in what we called the "Basic Needs".

Go online and type "Masdlow hierarchy of Needs".

There are simple, food, shelter, education, basic necessities, and self-actualization.

Once again I congratulate on your new endeavour, use the best practice approach to tackle the challenges that you are going to face with.
Sincerely,
Eustaches Cella
