I welcome most of your ideas and they make great sense.

Martelly in his first term cannot achieve all his campaign promises for sure, but I will love him to focus more on the education and the agriculture.

Sixty percent of the Haitian people who are the peasants need to be put back to work right away. They need to return to their local areas to continue to farm their lands for the well being of all Haitians so we can decentralize the republic of Port-Au-Pce. This is urgent and he must do it right away. This will create jobs and those people are ready to farm their lands.

Universal Education for all starting from 5 years to 18 years of age is acceptable and he must do it. These two priorities are a key to his success.

He must build strong schools in the first six months with his BOOT system and start hiring educators so those unqualified private primary and secondary schools can shut their doors.

Those unqualified mafia principals in Haiti open schools with unqualified teachers to enrich themselves and that is why the educational system failed so many Haitians over the past 25 years.

In the capital alone, he needs to build stronger modern schools in conformity with all international standards to recruit all those ready and qualified children who could not enroll themselves in those mafia schools as listed above.

He needs to reform Haiti State University with loans and financial aid packages so the university students can have a living in Haiti.

I am telling you Pastor Dumaine, Micky must prioritize these two programs and he will succeed while downsizing and reforming all Haiti's public institutions.

He needs to inventory all Haiti's resources so he can put back in place a good taxation system to collect revenues through local governments on a return of 5% share to pay for the central government
