I use to see a lot of sanitation officers around in the PAP and Cap-Haitian.

I don't know about other Cities in the provences.

Matter fact deuxieme Cite had his own Sanitation Dept and they use to clean Cite Cadet and Nazon as well."Duvalier time was very clean just like any other country in the Caribbeans.

I only talk what i know budy.
I don't remember other places like Gonaive, Jacmel ect..

It's important to have Sanitation all over the country.
