changes for haiti

Dear Mr. President,

My name is Eliphete Yacinthe, and i am a registered nurse in North Carolina.

I am originally from Cap-Haitien, Haiti, but i have been in the U.S for 19 years now. I love Haiti dearly, and i would love to help rebuilding my country as you also dream of. But one thing that really bugs me is the insecurity, the safety for any haitian citizen whether they are living in Haiti or going back home to help or visit.

Can you create a new corp of army or police civilian to guarantee the security of every citizen?

Can you also do something about the infra-structure, to create better roads, bridges...this will create jobs and make transportation easier.

I would love to help in any kind of way, i am also a musician and song writer;i play guitar and i love your style and your musics.
