First of all, do you know anything about Borgne?

Have you ever heard of that city, Au Borgne?

You said "Novion is a commune of Port-Margot" and my question to you is how could Novion be a commune of Port-Margot when Port-Margot is a commune of Borgne?

The entire area you're talking about or referring to such as: Novion, Port-Margot, Fauche, Bayeux, chouchou Bay, Fond Lagrange, Petit-Bourk du Borgne, etc. etc...is under the juridiction of the city of Borgne/Au Borgne.

FYI, I know the area very well and I don't think you know much what exactly you're talking about.

There is nothing in Port-Margot or about Port-Margot that would suggests the need for a "national park" period.

The people of Port-Margot, however, are good people and that just about it, and you deon't put a national park in a location just because the people in the area are good people.
