Francois Duvalier executed the Haitian army

Francois Duvalier ghost was seen wandering around Fort Dimanche Saturday October 15th 2011 around 11:30 P.M. Witnesses said that he looks spooky.

Some resident in the vicinity of Fort Dimanche said that some expensive black cars with official license plate were spotted in the neighborhood prior to the apparition of Francois Duvalier ghost which may suggest that some cabalistic interpelationmay had been in progress to Summoning Francois Duvalier to seek guidance on how to bring back the military.
