Entrepreneurs and partners should get together to build malls like the Fulton Mall and Kings Plaza Mall in Flatbush Avenue in Petion Ville and Port au Prince.

They should build Malls in every sector such as Delmas, Post Marchand, Carrefour Feuille, Turgeau, Debussy, Carrefour, Martissant etc. to prevent the Flea Market Merchants from spreading around every corner in Port au Prince and Petion Ville.

The Flea Market Merchants will have to pay a fee to sell in the mall every day if they cannot afford to rent a store in the mall. There are no jobs.
