Toulimen is not wrong brother because 50% of Haitian blood is enough to qualify a person as Haitian ok. The Great Founding Father as labeled dictator and killed by Petion had defined Haitian Nationality before me because he had accepted mulattos as having 50% of Haitian blood as Haitians and therefore anyone having 50% of Haitian blood should be considered as Haitian.

Mulattos are Haitians like all Haitians and whether a person is born from one Haitian parent or from both Hatian parents this person is Haitian too. If you don't agree with this definition just go unearth Dessalines and tell him that he was wrong and not me. The Emperor who liberated us never denied mulatres the Haitian nationalite and now you want exclusion for a large majority ( people who are born from one Haitian parent)of Haitians.

Who are you to think this way?
