Housing for homeless on Champ de Mars in Cayes

The homeless people on the Champ de Mars should transfer from Port au Prince to Cayes.

Since their tents are burn, it is better for them to go to Cayes.

The Government will build housing for them in Cayes and rent them. They will make a better living than in Port au Prince, because life is less expansive in Cayes than in Port au Prince.
