Idea for La Gonave

don't know who is reading this but I hope it's for real and it's someone important.

Anyway here is my idea:
I think La Gonave can be a "green island".

I think we have the opportunity to make this a huge tourist attraction with this 'niche"
Green or eco friendly tourism is one of the fastest growing segments of the sector.

I am thinking about a island where the major focus is on being environmentally friendly.

Solar power, bike routes, public transport.

An island where people are at the forefront of the green initiatives.

Plus wonderful beaches, diving, and others water sports.

In terms of education the possibilities of even having a "facult
